What are the delivery charges?

All delivery charges to mainland UK addresses are incorporated into the price shown on the product. This excludes the Scottish Highlands and Isles, including the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands and Ireland.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by BACS we can also issue a pro forma invoice which would contain all of our account details, if this option is chosen, no orders will be processed before payment is received.

What is the delivery time?

On each product listing, there is an estimated delivery lead time, because the majority of our items are manufactured to order this is only an estimated window, due to the bespoke nature of these products this can fluctuate, we will always try and inform you of any developments that we are told of during this process.

Will I receive a VAT invoice for my order?

Yes, every order placed with us will receive a VAT invoice which will be sent to the e-mail address provided. If you require the invoice to be sent to another e-mail address, please leave a note in the comments box at the checkout page.

I have found a cheaper price, will you beat it?

Yes, we will beat any like-to-like price on the exact same product, the price must be the total including the shipping cost.

Can I use a purchase order?

Yes you can, if you are a school or ordering for the public sector then we can accept purchase orders and you will be given 30 days credit, all you need to do is send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your purchase order number and the items you would like to order and we will process everything our end.
