Returns Policy

Receipt and Return of Goods

  1. Upon delivery, the buyer will inspect the goods and notify us immediately of any damages or shortages.  Any defect in the goods, including damage, must be reported with 7 working days from the date the goods were delivered.  If this is not adhered to we will not be legally liable.
  2. Subject to English Law, goods cannot be returned without the consent of the seller in writing.  The buyer must return the goods exactly how they were delivered, this includes the original packaging.  Used goods will be not be accepted for return.
  3. If a refund is to be issued, this will only be by the original payment method
  4. Non-faulty and non-damaged goods can only be returned if permission has been given by the seller, if a return was authorised the buyer assumes all responsibility for returning the goods to the seller and an agreed address.  The buyer must return at their own cost and risk.  The seller will not be liable for any costs that the buyer incurs.  A refund or credit will only be issued after the goods have been received back and inspected to ensure they are in original condition with all packaging intact.  Failure to return the goods in the above-described condition will result in a reduction in credit to the value of repairing or replacing the damaged goods.
  5. Made to order items are exempt from any return policy due to the bespoke nature of the order
