How long do I have to wait for my order to be dispatched?
We try to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. This can fluctuate depending on busy periods so your order may be dispatched as early as same day or as late as 48 hours. However, for up to date information about the particular product you are buying please refer to the delivery & returns tab on the product page. Goods generally take no longer than 48 hours to be delivered. From placing your order to receiving the goods it takes on average of 3-5 working days but unforeseen delays with the particular courier can occur. If you need the order for a particular date then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can you deliver at weekends?
Providing the goods are in stock we can deliver at weekends (on a Saturday) but this is quite an expensive option. The surcharge for this service is £20 per order and we would need to receive the order before midday on Friday.
If I order on the weekend or a Bank Holiday can I receive my order the next day?
Unfortunately, not. If you ordered for example on a Bank Holiday Monday the goods would not be packed until Tuesday and would, therefore, be with you on Wednesday.
Can you deliver to outside mainland England?
We can indeed but the delivery costs do go up substantially outside of mainland England, this includes the Highlands, Isles, and Ireland. The best thing to do is to give us a call or contact us by email and tell us what you would like to order and where you would like it to be delivered so we can give a more accurate quote. We will only ever charge you the actual cost price from the courier.
Can you deliver my order to an address different to my billing?
Yes, that is no problem at all, in fact, a lot of our customers do just that. At the checkout just untick the 'My shipping and billing address are the same' box underneath your Shipping Address to enter your Billing Address.
Can you deliver to my home?
We can deliver to your home address or any other address for that matter. When you check out just choose your billing and delivery address. If you would like your order to be left in a safe place or have any other instructions just add them to the comments box on the checkout page.
My delivery has got damaged - what should I do?
If you notice your delivery is damaged then straight away mark the box as "unchecked" or "damaged" so we have recourse with the courier. If you have accepted your delivery and only found damage afterward then please email or call us as soon as possible so we can get a replacement out to you. To save any lengthy delays we will typically ask for a picture of the damaged item. This enables us to get a replacement sent out before the other goods are returned back.
Are there any delivery restrictions?
We can deliver to almost anywhere in the world but our standard and free delivery only cover the UK Mainland. If you would like delivery outside of this area then please call or email [email protected] for a quote.
